Stephanie Krielow is the founder of Red Oaks Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive community for individuals with special needs, chronic illnesses, and their families. Driven by personal experiences and a deep compassion for underserved communities, she has built a space where individuals are supported academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Through Red Oaks Cottage School and various programs, Stephanie provides personalized learning, social opportunities, and life skills development in an environment that prioritizes dignity and connection. She is also leading the vision of a future community center—a one-stop hub offering therapy, education, and support for the entire family.

Stephanie’s work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and equipped to live a meaningful life.
